Home office lost my husband residence card

Hi. I need a help. My husband get a residence card brp card. But he get with wrong footer so homo office ask us to sent back amd they should swnt us new card within 5 days. Now it is 2 months and we still did not get his new card. We sent 2 emails to homo office. My lawyer aswell sent email to homo office and no answer. What can i do? Where i should phone?
