After how many days did you receive yours?

Brp was delivered 3 days after receiving documents
If you search on google for brp not received it will take you to a gov.uk link where you can put the date of your decision letter and click next, if its over 10 days you will find further instructions there

What exactly did you write in email as it was due to IT failure if you could give some information please. Will be so kind of you.

Hi Umair,

I also requested a refund which was successful. Just mention that you didn’t receive a decision on the same day due to the IT failure which was no fault of yours and your application was straightforward (assuming it was) so you should have received a decision on the day.
