EU3 (1B) Permanent Residence and Retention of Rights Question

Post by Alixlboy » Mon Oct 23, 2017 9:26 pm

Hi All,

For Permanent Residence, do people who retain the right of their residence following initiation of divorce from their EU-spouse, still need to submit any kind of documents for their ex-spouse (such as EU spouse's activity) or do they only need to submit their documents regarding their own activity etc.

Regards,
Alixlboy

Really?! Is that specifically mentioned somewhere?
Just trying to make sure..
I remember reading a post in which a user ''CalvinKlien'' mentioned that he did not submit any of his ex-spouse's documents of activity, while applying for PR. Is this still the case I wonder?

Just re-read that thread.
Looks like it might be a good thing to re-send them most of the things (if not everything) again, while applying for the PR.
