Ireland CSEP Visa eligibility

Hi,

Regarding Critical Skill Employment Permit visa eligibility.

I done engineering in Elections and Communication Engineering(ECE), In addition we have software subjects as well in ECE are C language, Data Structures, Java, Computer organizations etc.,

I have 5+ years of experience in IT field as a Sr Software Engineer in Java flat form.

So my concern is that do I need to have my education to match with work experience for CSEP visa? or relevant experience is enough? if we have Job offer on IT field

Could you please clarify me?
