Urgent-First BC passport interview from outside UK

Anybody has idea on passport interview scheduling outside UK i.e in the region like- EU, Canada, Australia etc..?

Its for naturalized BC.
Application was submitted from one of the EU country in Schengen Zone.
It seems that- there're no interview centers in the EU .

Is it possible to make use of EU directive to accompany a partner for the passport interview in UK by BC working in EU?
how to enter UK without visa / Invitation letter will be sufficient?
Looks like getting travel document for first time is also not possible
or is it possible to somehow make use of Schengen visa to enter into UK for few hours?

Hi Guys,
Need urgent advise.
Situation- BC naturalised outside EU few months ago.
Then said BC traveled & applied for British passport, from a EU country for British Passport.
Now, facing challenge at interview stage, as they don't have center anywhere in EU.
[Above referred recently naturalised BC (without UK passport) has a British spouse , exercising the rights i.e. working in the EU country.]

A) Now, any idea- how to get Passport interview arranged here? whom to escalate?
Contacting embassy / HMPO isn't of much help.

Is there any escalation email for this.

B) Or in worst case- will it be possible to accompany BC with British passport to accompany referred BC (recently naturalized) to UK for the interview, as SS route perhaps for a day-visit?
1. In that case, how to board the flight, (as BC has returned the BRP card after naturalization)?
2. How to return back to EU country after interview as, BC (recently naturalized) has stayed more than 90 days on 180 days schengen multi-enrty visa, which was issued under EU directive by the member state. * Returning back to EU member state is very important*

Yes but No luck.so trying to find out.
Could EU directive/SS route could come to help for a day trip to UK in this regards?
How to board the flight & biggest question - will my partner be able to reenter EU country (as partner has inevitably violated 90/180 days regulation & hasn't applied for RC]
