EEA permanent residence

Post by jola139 » Thu Oct 26, 2017 7:39 am

Hi all, I'm new on the forum, so sorry for the beginners mistakes.
I know it says that for the time being we don't need to apply for remanent residence, but it also says that if you've got one, the whole process of applying for settled status, will take less time and money.
So, my situation. I've been working in UK since 2006 till 03.2013. Then I left UK untill 09.2014 and I'm working here since then.
So have been working for 10 years with a over year gap. That means I dont have P60 for 6 continuous years, would that be a problem?
Or should I just wait for the process of settled status to begin?
Thank you
