DA,
I am applying for British Citizenship , after getting ILR through Tier1 General migrant route. During the Initial Tier1 general visa ( Entry Clearance) my college/university was listen on Home Office website and on that basis I met their English Language requirement and I didn't supply any other documentation ( Naric certificate or letter from College) to met that Requirement, later Home office removed that link but i got all further extension and ILR based on the fact that I met the English Language Requirement during initial Tier1 Entry Clearance.
Now i am applying for BC, there is section for English Language requirement , not sure under which head i will be considered ? Do i need to supply any sort of evidence now or because I already met this requirements upto ILR , i need not supply anything .
There is following option to choose in the AN form , but not sure if this is applicable for me ?
"I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after
28th October 2013"
Please can someone guide me in correct direction and advise what best i can do to meet this requirement.
Thanks in advance.
