Now I am willing to come to the UK for a professional course on short-term study visa.
I applied for FLRO to attend my Masters convocation on 29 September 2015, last day of my tier 4 visa validity. I waited for the outcome of the application till my convocation on 19 November, then I withdrew my application. I received a notification from home office on 25 November to contact Voluntary Depurture team for my Passport to be received at Airport and to make travel arrangement for returning home. I returned home on my own cost on 2 December and did not received any paper other than my Passport at Airport.
1. Does this application has any negative impact on my sort term study visa application outcome?
2. Do I have to mention it on my visa application that I voluntarily elected to depart the Uk?
While living in london, I was fined for not touching Oyster card in underground. I payed that fine. Do I have to mention this fine on my visa application as a criminal penalty/Warning/Conviction or civil penalty or should I left this matter undisclosed?
Once I got a Customs warning letter for carrying 400 cigarettes at Heathrow Airport.
Do I have to admit it on my visa application form as a criminal penalty/Warning/Conviction or civil penalty or should I left this matter undisclosed?
