Leave to stay for Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hi ,
As a family we have moved back to India because my husbands project required him to work from offshore (India) but ICT tier 2 visa is still valid till Sep 2018 confirmed by HR because we may return back for another project on same visa but not sure. So till 2018 can a dependent enter UK alone without the main applicant for holidays on ICT Tier 2 dependent visa or have to apply for tourist visa?

Can anybody please help.
