UK resident need to visit Canada

Hello Dear

I and my son British citizen my wife have uk resident visa.
we planing to visit in Canada for one week on holidays. shes require visa?
how we apply and what supporting documents require?

She needs a visa for Canada. A UK residence visa doesn't give 'visa free' travel, it is only relevant for the UK.
