How long to wait for application FLR(LR)

Hi,

I applied for FLR(LR). Submitted my application on 07/07/2017. I received a letter with my bio metric that the case is out of UK immigration rules so it takes more than usual without any specific timeline.

I am still waiting, today's date: 01/11/2017.

The reason I was applying with this application as I have a simple caution which affected my ILR.

I would like to know why it takes that long as the purpose of this application is exactly for those who did not meet the criteria for ILR.

Could you please advice for how long I should wait for final decision.
