Was surprised to receive my approval letter today, 2.5 months after application!

I applied via NCS On 28th of November and still waiting.

All the people I know already got their approval letters, including a couple who applied right after Christmas time. I thought mine was a pretty straight forward application but still couldn't get a response and this is stressing me out.
