Tier1 Entrepreneur Dep to FLR(M)

Post by FOCUS » Sat Nov 04, 2017 10:52 pm

If an applicant has got ILR (SET(LR)), his dependant ( Tier1 Entrepreneur) shld convert to FLR(M) after the main applicant got the ILR .

How quickly should she this be ?
Is there any rule that it should be done before certain period of time ?

I guess it should not be delayed for many months but experienced members, please do let me know

Thank you very much

There is no such rule, but sooner rather than later so that the new 5 year residence clock can start and if the dependent needs to travel urgently, they should be on FLR(M) as risky to try re-enter UK on PBS dep.

Thank you very much CR001. I tried to search our fourm but couldnt find any smiliar posts.

Just wondering, for suppose ILR(LR) is obtained in Feb and Dependant have no travel plan and can wait till May1st or 2nd week to apply for FLR(M) , would that be fine ?
or will there be a chance that HO-CW will think that FLR(M) is applied late ?
Please respond on the above and also direct me to any similar cases

Thank you

This would be fine. Remember though that the fees are increased on 6th April every year so you will pay more if you wait till May.
