When was your AR rejected ? You have 14 days from AR rejection to make a fresh application.

Hiuk,

Can you please specify your reason for refusal before AR success? I have seen its same as other member, though it would be helpful if you share exact points

Suggest read through the users very lengthy topic (which is not this one you have posted in). The link below is user Hiuk's topic.

CONGRATULATIONS! You must be so relieved. I wish you all the best going forward.
I have to prepare for JR now which i am hoping will work. I got all points for Entrepreneur but failed on genuineness too. My employee lives in London, I put £25k into business a month before applying for extension and they are not convinced i intended to invest that money etc.

Really sorry but investment 6 months before extension is fine, one month before extension looks dodgy.
Hope you will get your visa soon.
If your AR refused in less than 14 days then go for fresh application. JR is very complicated and lengthy process. Also very expensive.

I applied for my Tier1 Entrepreneur extension in August 2016.
Interview Granted January 2017
Application Rejected October 31 2017
Letter received November 03 2017

Reason: Based on interview
'The Secretary of State is not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that:
1) You have genuinely invested the money referred to in Table 5 of Appendix A into one or more genuine businesses in the UK and
2) you do not intend to take employment other than under the terms of paragraph 245DE'

I made £25k investment 1 month prior to making application (June 2016). This is because although i had initially in 2013 invested all £50k, there was a mix up in my bank statement so accountant advised me to re-invest the £25k for more transparency.
How can i counter this please? IS there any requirement that investment must be made sooner?

Also, I have never visited the business premises of my clients. They said ' We would expect someone who is providing business consultancy services to have visited their premises to gain understanding of how it works' - At interview, i said no i have not visited their premises - I should have added that we do regular Skype meetings.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated guys - I have only 6 days left to make Administrative Review. Thank you
Hi my business prtner applied sar in that sar we got same refusal which u just posted here rite now I think they just made one general leter nd sending them to every one but we haven’t received any thing yet is been applied last year we had interview in 4 October at our office they said in that letter refusing on creditabilty nd same refusal mention in that I don’t knew why they think after 4 year that business is not genuine lol

In 'ay dot' situation, on genuineness point of investment before a month of application, just in case if he spend money show it in management account and then apply, could this work in his favor? (spending money in this sort time is really tough though)

That would possibly raise even more flags.
Rejection on genuineness grounds is rarely just one factor. Investment a month before renewal on its own should not be an issue but when there are other factors this just adds

Okay, your point is understandable. I have similar situation of investment just before application, but in my retail business money has been used by business already. Therefore, in case of rejection if ho doubt on my genuineness then I can prove it through management account my genuine business and hopefully that could work in my favor.

The rejection on basis of genuineness on this forum has almost always been inconsistency in answers, misunderstandings in communication and inability to explain the business.
If you know your business, don’t get stressed, be confident ensure you are clear about the question before answering things should go smoothly.

This is confusing. Looks like you just reposted OP's post.

If the last two lines were your questions, please post them as a new post instead of here. And provide the exact details of your own case. Especially for T1E, every case is different
