I will be grateful if someone could help me with my daughter's settlement visa application. Here are the circumstances.
I am naturalized British citizen since 2012. My first marriage was ended up in divorce and I have a daughter who is now 15 years old. The divorced was settled in Pakistan in 2008. Both my ex wife and my daughter live in Pakistan. My wife wants to give my daughter's custody to me as she wants to move on with her life. I am planning to file for custody order application in a family court in Pakistan. Once I get the custody order I am planning to apply for her visa. I married again, my wife and kids are all British Citizens.
My questions are
1. "One of your parents must also be applying or have applied for a visa or to extend their permission to stay as a: parent - and they have sole parental responsibility for you". Based on this can she apply even though no parent is making visa application as I am already a British citizen.
2. Is a custody order enough to prove "sole parental responsibility"?
3. What annual income I should have for this application?
I will be grateful for your help.
