IHS number for ILR dependent as flrm

Hi ya, I am on ILR. , I am extending my wife’s and child for m visa to get further 30 months to qualify for ILR , now I am trying to pay Nhs surcharge for them but can’t see option as ILR on visa route or type when trying to add my details in the form , I be selected hers as FLR M VISA TYPE AND FLR TOUTE, can’t get mine

Thank you casa for reply , tried to get that option applying alone ; can’t see that on form , and how to add my child with that ..
