my husband got ILR last month via Tier1 general 5 years route ,
I am not eligible now for ILR I will finish as PBS dependent 5 years on 2018 May,
(i came to uk as pbs dependent on 17th May 2013 )
my current visa ending this month I need to extend my visa as PBS dependent,
while filling the application online its asking about Main applicant here i got struck
Q , which visa or permission to stay have Mr xxx applied for or been granted?
Do i need to mention as Tier1 General or ILR ?
Q, for IHS surcharge asking main applicant visa expiry date to calculate i need another 1 year visa so i need to
select main applicant expiry date as nov 2018?
