Switch to Tier 2 General main applicant -- TB test

Hello,

My wife is currently on Tier 2 ICT Dependent visa in UK since 2015.

She is going back to Home country to apply for Tier 2 General visa.

(She is already staying in UK for more than 2 years)

(1) Does she require fresh TB certificate for Tier 2 General application ??

(2) what does she needs to do with her current BRP (ICT Dependent) card
Does she need to submit it at any point ??
