I came to uk legeley in August 2001 than I stay over stay so I apply for asylum in November 2008 and I been grant for leave to remain than on April 2014 I got ILR after one year I apply for citizenship I been rufuesd they said to me reason you been working without permission and so you have to stay until November 2018 to apply for citizenship again ,so can I apply now as I checked AN book And now they haven’t ask for working without permission, please can you advise me can I apply now or I have to wait until November 2018 . Kind regards
