Payment by Banker's Draft.

Hi Guys,

I am applying for FLRM extension in few weeks and intending to pay by Banker's draft. I don't want to take any chance on payment issue. I want to make sure that i am doing it correctly.
There is only one question that you have to answer if paying by Banker's draft.

6. How are you paying? Please tick a box.

Postal order Cheque Debit or credit card Banker’s draft

As per my understanding you just have to tick the box if paying by Banker's draft. Apart from that I don't have to tick any other question if paying by Banker's draft. I don't need to fill the questions 7-11. Also the last question No. 12 on payment section asking Cardholder's Signatures. I don't need to sign that too.

Can anyone please confirm if this is correct.
