Hi
I (NON EEA) and my wife (EEA) applied together for PR on 01/11/2017. On 02/11/17 we received confirmation emails from home office with CASE ID on them. which was good enough
But today we received another email with totally different CASE ID and there is no name on that email it is intended for only a Dear Customer.
any suggestions?
