Family Visit Visa

Post by mac1 » Mon Nov 20, 2017 2:17 pm

Hi all,

I have a British Passport and our new born child was granted the passport as well. Currently I am not sure If i meet the financial requirements of suppose visa. So I am thinking of applying for wife as family visitor visa until I am 100% sure I have met the requirements.

Are there any issues with applying for Family visitor visa ?

It doesn't work like that unfortunately.

You can try, but highly likely to be refused as she would need to submit substantial evidence of her ties to home country.

Ok, now back to issue with limited company, basically my financial year in ending in 10 days. Now my turn over is fine and my company is Vat registered. Clients will clear the invoices in few months time.
Now I have enough money in my personal account to sort of transfer to company account, and pay myself dividends to fulfil the requirements. But then they might have objections on that too ?
