Apply for an EEA family permit from outside the UK

Hi all

I'm Irish living and working in the UK for more than 3 years now. Recently I got engaged to a Jordanian lady living in Jordan. we are planning to get married in July 2018. we then want to live together in London.

I was wondering about visa type and process time?

my current income is £27,000
I can provide payslips, job contract, letter from employer, P60, bank statements

we got the marriage registration certificate from Jordan in September 2017. but wedding party until Jully 2018. can we apply now so we can travel straight after the wedding?

she doesn't work but lives and supported by her parents.

Do i need permanent residency card in the UK?

I can prove flight tickets to her place twice a year.

we didn't take enough photos together though!! will that affect?
