Query about Funds in Business Account

Hi All,

My extension is due next month, currently, my business account has £65K so my question is will there be any problem if I have this much amount of money as I am on a 50K route. So is there any possibility that they would not award me any points for investment as I have more than 50K currently present in my account, and they might take this amount as a negative point.

My accountant & friends are suggesting as its too much money present in my account and I must make some expense of about £18k and bring it below 50k.

My Company
Loss in first year 8K, turn over was 25k
Profit (9K) in second-year turnover was 56k
Profit (7K) in third-year turnover was 66k

Director Loan (Total in three years is £76k)
First two years (£51K was transferred)
Last year ( 10 K was transferred)
This Month ( 15k was transferred)

PLEASE ANSWER ANY SUGGESTIONS GURUS Can I leave this amount as its??? please.

My suggestion would be to change your accountant and very kindly tell your friends to stop advising on immigration matters

No, there is no problem with you having invested more or having a bank balance more than your investment amount.

Exactly, When I applied I had more in my business account.
