Tier 2 General Switching Company

Post by neyola » Sat Nov 25, 2017 1:48 pm

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am currently with a company on a Tier 2 visa and looking to switch to a different company who would be required to sponsor me.

Will this new company be required to carry out a RLMT? since I am already on a current Tier 2 and resident in the country?

Thanks

Yes, they will need to carry out RLMT and make sure the new job SOC codes etc are correct.

One important advise, don't leave your current employer until the tier 2 with new employere has been approved. If you have more than 60 days gap between last day with current employer and date of application with new employer then you will not be able to apply for ILR
