Dear Board Members,
I Applied for my 2 under 16 UK Born children under Section 1(3) of the Immigration and Nationality act. Time line is as follows,
Date of Application : 19/09/2017
Application Method : NCS (JCAP)
Council Involved: wolverhampton
Date Received by HO: 20/09/2017
Date HO put application on their online tracking system and send me Acknowledgement (Email) 25/09/2017
Biometric Enrolment Letter Received: 28/09/2017
Biometric Enrolled: 30/09/2017
Online status: Awaiting Decision
(Till Today’s date)
My question from board member is that as both of my kids are UK born , there is no interview or ceremony involved in their application and most importantly they are already in home office system because they both have dependant visas issued couple of times and there are no apparent issues as such.
Second thing is their application does not have any adult naturalisation involved, so what kind of checks home office is doing on them and why they are taking too much time on their application to decide? I know there standard time is 6 months but still any experience members specially CR001, Zimba or other members could you please shed some light on Minor application checks please.
