Hi, my husband is EU citizen, live and work in UK since 2010 and I am non EU citizen and both of us have UK permanent residence. I just like to know if my children qualify to get British passport? My two kids born in UK. I read that you'll be a British citizen if you born on or after January 1983 and one of your parents are British citizen or have settled in UK. Maybe there is members in here have an answer for me. Thank you in advance for your answers.

It depends on when the children were born, before or after a parent's PR?

If before, then registration is required.
