Hey my friend I have all documents of my wife she give me every thk like her wage slips her original eea I’d sone new bills and new bank statement.and what about u ?

I have her passport copy, Id and driving license and first 3 years bank statement nothing else. U know I already start packing my bags to go back to my country lol but I will try my best.
But I know where she working and all will see.

First application applied 5th June came application rejected after 2 months reason declaration not signed by sponsor.
Second application 10 th August explained in application form divoced not good terms so sponsor can’t sign then got my bio matrix this and coa on 26th October after that nothing send my ex orignal I.d on 27th September after that not responnse.

The Regulation gives specific circumstances in which an application will be deem invalid.

Failure of the ex-spouse to sign a declaration does not invalidate and application , especially in circumstances where there is a divorce.

Why would a divorced wife signed your declaration, provide her ID and photograph if you are divorced.

People don't divorce because they are friend or bossom bodies.

I have always mentioned that people should be careful, as UKVI could turn back and use that against them.

My first application for ror was rejected because sponsor didn’t sign declaration.

There are circumstances where a sponsor is needed.

Under regulation 10, the right is personal and individual, there is in theory no sponsor.

Given the circumstances of a marital breakdown, it will be odd to expect a former spouse to sign a residence form.

It undermines the whole purpose of retained rights.

Hi obie I will appreciate if you can explain circumstances because I submitted my ror with ex I.d on 10th August still no reply after coa people r getting response in 3 months what it can be any guidance??

May Be becoz u did not explain them, why your wife can’t give sign on declaration form.u shud show them proof that u try to get her sign but she is not ready

Hav some petitions bro, don’t worry give some time to ukba, those people are also working hard to save thr own country give them some time, I am not in hurry, already very tired, feel like don’t want this life, last 7 years waiting for freedom after having some bad issues with wife.
