Fast Track SAR

I applied for my Fast Track SAR on the 4th of November which HO acknowledged to have received on 8th of November. I have not received any further correspondence from them. Can anyone with experience or information advise the following please?

1. Is Fast Track SAR file sent in post or by email?
2. Since it is well past HO’s published 20 day deadline for processing SARs, who can I contact to enquire about the status of my request?

I emailed them to enquire about the status of my request and asked if they are going to send it in post or email. Got the following reply after 3 days. WTH?


Dear Sir

Apologies for the delay, we are currently working on your request and aim to have it completed soon.
