Help and advice on being a carer.

Hi, been looking here a while and thought now was the time to join and ask, there is a vast group here with lots of info.
I would like some help please if possible.
First I’ll give you my background.
Well I met my Algerian husband 3 years ago over Facebook 2015 I went to Algeria that year to meet up, we tryied to get married there but was a long process so we moved over to Tunisia but again we didn’t have the relevant papers needs to proceed.
Fastforward to 2017 I’ve been Algeria twice and Tunisia twice. We made out Islamic marriage in his parents home in Algeria. And we just got our civil marriage done in tunisa with the lawyer.
I have been a carer on carers allowance since 2015
I claim esa and have two children witch I claim child benefit and child tax for.
They are not my husbands children.
I get full housing benefit and part council tax.
What I would like is help with understanding how I now call my husband here as his sponsor if I can.
I’ve been reading a lot and see I can be exzempt
From the financial part but need to show maintenance and accommodation.
I’m really crap at math so finding it so hard to calculate the total.
Please could someone help me.

£34.70p child benefit
£115 child tax
£32.50p employment and support allowance
£103 housing benefit
£62.50p carers allowance
Any advice would be received gratefully.
