Mine point is 40 +20 i think, the CoS submit on end of november, not sure whether is outside monthly allocation.sptula wrote: ↑Sat Dec 16, 2017 12:20 amHello, does your approval say it's approved outside monthly allocationyylifeintheuk wrote: ↑Thu Dec 14, 2017 3:01 pmnot shortage occupation, is RLMT. HR didn't inform me the points, just email and informed me it is approved
Can you ask your HR please
@deepakkashyap do let us know when your CoS gets approved.Deepakkashyap wrote: ↑Sat Dec 16, 2017 5:36 amMine is also pending. HR had applied on 4th Dec so I believe it will be considered for 11th submission review. RLMT was also done, I hope everything is fine with my application.
I believe only 25th & 26th are official holidays, which still leaves 7 days in this year... Hope 2018 will be a good one for everyone. Advanced merry xmas and a happy new year.
Congratulations Jagadishkumarp !!
Congrats Jagdish !!!
Good, i understand your points are anyway high around 130 and on shortage occupationjagadishkumarp wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 5:07 pmMy employer responded today couple of hours ago.
May I know when was your RCOS application submitted ? in December or November ?newentrant wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 5:52 pmRestricted CoS rejected today. Hugely disappointing. It said it: "Your application has been refused, as it did not meet the minimum points score for the allocation". However, the RMLT was satisfied and I received 5 points for salary (£25,400 salary). Minimum points for previous months has been 21.
Immigration lawyers said either the Home Office made a mistake in the calculations or they've raised the points threshold this month.
Please did anyone receive a certificate this month on a similar salary?
The minimum salary threshold is now increased to 30,000sptula wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 5:56 pmMay I know when was your RCOS application submitted ? in December or November ?newentrant wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 5:52 pmRestricted CoS rejected today. That's disappointing, 49 points application is rejectedTryingforhome wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 6:02 pmI sadly just heard my application was also rejected for not having enough points. I would have had 20+ 29 points.
I had submitted for the December allocation.
Rejected at 49? Thats surprisingTryingforhome wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 6:02 pmI sadly just heard my application was also rejected for not having enough points. I would have had 20+ 29 points.

20+19=39 is also good score, SurprisingTryingforhome wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 6:22 pmSorry through all the crying i typed the wrong number. It should have been 19 for wages.
Our HR are confused as they also had a similar application accepted.
What was the reason cited? Not enough points?Tryingforhome wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 7:05 pmLate November. They had a similar application approved this month which is the weird part (large NHS trust). I wonder if it didnt have enough evidemce for the RLMT.
NHS Trust, so is it on Shortage Occupation list ?Tryingforhome wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 7:05 pmLate November. They had a similar application approved this month which is the weird part (large NHS trust). I wonder if it didnt have enough evidemce for the RLMT.
But if their reasoning was insufficient number of points, wouldn't that mean that the application was viable aside from the number of points? If the number of points is an issue, then all people at at least your point level and those below would be denied.Tryingforhome wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 7:05 pmLate November.
