3. What are chances of getting this visa?It is a points based system and you can evaluate whether you will be able to get the points by going through the Guidance. In addition, you need to be a genuine entrepreneur. So if you are just looking for an easy way come to UK, Tier 1 is not the route
4. I am currently on student visa in Europe. Can i apply from here? Or do i need to go back india to apply?Yes, you should be able to do so
