Bio metric late after HO second reminder - urgent help please

Dear Moderators and friends,
I have applied SET (LR) (10 years) in beginning of September 2017. I was waiting for my Bio metric letter for last 3 months. However HO has sent first bio metric letter for 15 days (my solicitors saying they didn’t receive this letter) and HO send the second bio metric request letter for 10 day on 29th November. Unfortunately my solicitor didn’t tell me until today evening. It is already 3 days late.

Can someone please advise me what I need to do.

Yeah, change the solicitors and make a complaint.

Thanks for your reply. I still can’t understand how it works. I gave my bio metric last Saturday.
Do I need to inform the HO on Appointment Exceptions?

You can write to them explaining why you enrolled biometrics late. You may get away with this or you may not as this was done after their reminder.
