Tier 2 Change of employment

I have come got Tier 2 visa in May 2017 under Shortage Occupation list code 2136 as Team Lead

Now I got a offer from different company for a Senior Developer role where the job is not part of Shortage Occupation list

please advise if I can switch from a job on Shortage Occupation list to a job not on Shortage Occupation list within UK (unrestricted CoS)


also the new company is offering a salary lower than my current salary. Will that be a problem in visa transfer ?

Yes. The employer will need to do proper RLMT though. Just make sure this is done correctly.

That is fine as long as it is more than specified salary for the SOC code you'll use.

Does that a normal 28 days advert ?? if so they are doing it from October , only then I applied and they selected me
