EEA Family Member Applying For ILR UK.

Hi Everyone,

i am a partner of EU family member. i got 5 years EEA Residence card in 2013 which is expiring in 2018.
Any idea Can i apply now for ILR ? or i will have to apply for Visa Extension ?
Please let me know if someone had same case.

You don't have a visa, you hold a Residence Permit under EEA Regulations. You won't qualify for Permanent Residence (PR) until you have completed the full 5 years of residence. Is your partner exercising their Treaty rights in the UK through employment?
