What to do if my id is marked in SIS once and if I want to return to Europe?

Post by miki_so » Wed Dec 20, 2017 5:35 pm

Hello Everyone,
If anybody has knowledge about SIS and what to do if once my name was marked/flagged in SIS once or had bad history, what I could do if I want to return to Europe for work, and if I have job and work permission documents from there?
I am not banned, but someone who has bad history by mistake.
If anybody could guide, I can share my case.
Hoping for some helpful response please.
Thank you.

The question is what is stored and which action is defined. A entry ban would be not so good.
Every schengen country offer the possibility of a request about the stored data of a person by himself.
