Hi

Does One SET (O) Form cover whole family (Main Applicant, Spouse and 2 kids) or i need to fill SET (O) for each of them?

One form for all of you assuming your spouse dependent meet the 5 year residence requirement counted from date of entry to the UK.

Yes we all have spend 5 years & 1 month as we all came on same date.
