Urgent:FLR(FP) refused based on British step daughter and unsettled partner

Post by veecee2013 » Thu Dec 28, 2017 11:29 am

I wonder if anyone can help. I have been refused my FLR(FP) based on family and private life with my partner and British step daughter from her previous relationship. She has limited leave to remain as parent and we all leave together as a family unit but biological dad has once in a month contact. We comprise of 3 different nationalities. I have been given a right of appeal which I would be exercising but will appreciate any information/guidance /experience/ or direction with regards to the refusal.

Thanks in advance for your help and pls find an extract of the decision letter below...

No need for multiple duplicate topics. Please continue in your topic where you have already posted about your refusal.
