Fast-track Tier 2 Sponsor License Application

Hello,
Could I please request some help? I m currently on a Tier 4 student visa and have an offer of a research post from a UK employer. The employer doesn't have a Tier 2 Sponsor license currently but is willing to apply for one. The issue is that my Tier 4 visa expires on 3 Feb, 2018. Given the shortage of time, is it possible for the employer to request the Home Office to fast-track their Tier 2 Sponsor license application so that it gets processed in 2 to 3 weeks rather than the usual 8 weeks? Is there a fast-track / priority service for employers applying for a Tier 2 Sponsor license (if so, how does one avail it and what is the additional cost for this service)?
