Hello! I'm 23 years old and I've been 3 months in uk. I'm from albania but I have greek ethnicity. Currently I work and and I don't earn more than 1100 in a month. My boyfriend is illegal in uk about 7 months cause he has albanian ethnicity. I want to ask what actions I have to take so we can get married and he ca stay here legal. Thank you

The easiest way is to marry in Albania and apply for him to come back as your spouse.

You need to earn 18,600 a year and provide sufficient evidence you are in a relationship - but as you hold greek documents it may be easier for you than it was for me as i am british.

My Fiance is albanian and we applied for him to come here as my fiance which has turned out to be a disaster!

once you are married you have more rights than what you would as just engaged.

If you hold greek nationality and have proof of living together for 6 months you can apply in UK for partner of an EU national. Your exercising your rights. I know an albanian who recently got this after being with a romanian for 6 months. They used an immigration solicitor
