Hello
I'm British with non EU spouse living in France. We have lived here for 5 years and have children together. I'm self employed and work full time here. We have been issued a FP twice and have visited the UK. We are planning to move permenantly in October 2018 and apply for a residency card. i will continue being self employed full time in the UK as I have an online business. Now with brexit around the corner in March 2019 would it be a good idea leaving it to this time? I understand a residence card can take up to 6 months. I assume surinder will be scrapped by then? We already have a guaranteed apartment. Does anyone have any advice.? Thanks
