Dependant's eligibility of study / work

Good evening,

I am planning to apply for the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) £200k visa during the first half of 2018. My wife will be my dependent.

In case our application is accepted, under the dependent visa that will be granted for her;
1. Can she study at an UK institution with that visa?
2. Can she work full time with that visa?
3. Can she work in my company and contribute towards the 2 full time employee requirement for the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa extension?

Also; is there specific name for the dependent visa granted alongside the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) £200k visa?

1. Yes she can. She will pay international fees though.

2. Yes she can. She will need a National Insurance number before she can start working.

3. She can work in your company but she will NOT be counter towards creation of Jobs for the visa as there are specific requirements that should be met by your employees - your can read detail in the guidance
