Tier 2(ICT) PBS dependant to Tier 2 General

Hi,

I'm in UK from July 2017 holding Tier 2 (ICT) PBS dependant visa with work permit across UK.
Currently working as a contractor for an organisation in UK and looking out for options to settle over here.
With Regards to it, can someone help me in finding answers for my questions below?

1) What are the documents I should request my organisation to provide me for switching to Tier 2 General?

2) Do I have to serve any cooling off? if yes, how long?

You cannot "switch" within the UK.

You also cannot do "contracting" on Tier 2 General. It must be PAYE employment.

Your employer will need to complete the full and proper RLMT process to prove ypu are not pre-selected and offer you a minimum salary of £30,000pa or if the SOC rate is higher, then the higher amount.

No cooling off period.
