Issue with missing holiday confirmation for ILR

Post by bariaji » Wed Jan 03, 2018 10:52 am

Hi,

In have my ILR premium service appointment in 3 days.
I noticed that as per the list of approved holidays/absences from UK provided by my previous employer from the HR system, just 1 day is missing. Seems that 1 day was not logged in the HR system when I had traveled out of UK. The other 28 times that I left the UK in last 5 years are all approved and documented.Total number of days absent from UK is well under 180 for that year of missing date. My ex-employer say they cannot help as they can only provide me a list based on the HR system.

Any suggestion on how can I get around this situation ? Is this likely to be a very serious issue ?

Thanks,
Bariaji
