Tier2 Dependant Visa

Hi,

I am on a dependant visa right now and will be shifting to tier 2 general as my employer is sponsoring me. I want to apply for my daughter and husband alongwith me. How should I proceed for this? Should I ask my employer to fill their application alongwith me? Is there any other application form I should use? My current visa is expiring soon and I want this information. Please guide me.

You have to apply from your home country.

Your husband and daughter can either apply with you from home country OR they can wait in the UK till you return with your visa and apply within the UK.
