Hello everyone,
I need urgent help.i am about to apply for british citizenship.I am refugee and i have ilr card.I have blue travel document which is expired atleast year ago.do i need to renew it before making naturalization application or just prove the time since My trvel document expired with payslips and p60.the only reason amy asking because this topic is 5 years old on this forum and if there is imiigration changes ?A lowyer told me you have to have valid passport or travel document for citizenship application which i am confuse why should i have to renew travel document when i can apply for british passport in 12 months ?
Please help?
