FLRFP as a Partner

Post by SmartAmz » Sun Jan 07, 2018 8:01 pm

Hello Good evening everyone, I need some information regarding MY application,
I have applied EEA2 application as a family member of EU in 2016, Without Merit, HO refused as my sponsor is not a qualified person. As I have not been given right of appeal I went for JR, while that I got married who is settled person in the UK. I can not apply under FLRFM route as my visa was expired so I applied for FLRFP as a partner, my wife was earning £25k, I also got English test and all other supporting documents. My wife is an Indian national and is pregnant so I couldn't leave her in the UK and go back home(Pakistan) to apply for entry clearance. I don't know whether HO will accept my application or they will ask me to apply for entry clearance. our all other requirements were met to apply for FLRFM as I knew that my visa will be granted under EEA rules. but unfortunately, it didn't. I applied my application in October 2017. Any suggestions for me. Mant thanks

You wait.

Very patiently

FLR FP can take anything from 12-24 months to approve. The HO have a massive backlog

Circumstances are different in my husbands case: we submitted August 2016 with no decision. Have been told to wait.

AS you have a child, this does make your route easier but you have to wait and see.

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

Right TO RESIDE in UK

Post by SmartAmz » Fri Jan 12, 2018 10:28 pm

Hi Everyone,
just a quick question, since past few weeks HO is closing down the banks as well for illegal immigrants. My question is what is the status of those people whose applications decisions are pending, and if they get stopped by police or asked by the bank then how can they justify their rights to reside in the UK?
