Hi everyone,
Can you please help me with a question? After exactly 12 weeks I received the following email today for my wife's visa application.

Your passport and supporting documentation are now ready for collection at the TLScontact UK Visa Application Centre. You can collect your documents in person ....

I am about to fly to Turkey tommorrow to pick up the passport, but I just remembered that everyone else seems to get a "decision made" email first, but the above email is all I have received. Using your experience can you please let me know if all is fine?

It means what it says 'ready for collection'.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
