Spouse visa extension

Post by Europe86 » Wed Jan 10, 2018 3:37 am

Hi Everybody,

This might be asked a million times but im new here so here it goes.
I will apply for my FLR in two days, Here is what i have to submit

- Completed Application
- Passports mine and my spouse+ 2 Passport photos of me and 1 from my wife
-A2 English Test certificate
-Marriage certificate, translated since we were married abroad
-Both Employers letters
-12 months pay slips and P60 both my wife and I
-12 months bank statements( we asked halifax to send us 12 month statements)
-Signed declaration from my wife as she is co-sponsor (i alone do not meet the financial requirement)
-We stayed with her parents for the first few months, we have signature from both that we stayed with them
-Mortgage agreement
-Items of correspondence... We have 6 in my wifes name, 4 maybe 5 in mine.. i cannot submit utilities since i was stupid and signed up for online statements which i found out i cannot use. I have a council tax bill that its in both names but it was sent via email. I will go tomorrow to the council and ask for a printed/stamped one. Can i use insurance documents? Solicitors? I will even send my national insurance number letter if i have to. How likely are they to refuse my application based on lack of correspondence items? What else could i get?

Thank you all

Any piece of correspondence with your name/names, address and date will be accepted.
