Hi now we have 1615 for next month taking average of cos not used in last 3 months it will become 250 and they can borrow auto 100 from March so it will become almost 2000.

So we all have a good chance I think. Next month it will drop to 30 this is what I feel.

Any other thoughts.

Thanks,
Kiccha
Yes, if fall under 30 points, that would be brilliant.

Hello all;
The firm sponsoring me are going to try and phone home office to see if they can get any idea of what they think the cut off might be next month so that they can plan etc.
They probably won’t be able to give them any information but if they do I will let you know

Why would 100 RCOS borrowed from march
As far I know there is no hard rule borrowing should be done
It happens only when very specific circumstance

It says in the guidance that up to 100 can be borrowed from the next month. This is what happened in December. If they were going to borrow from any month March would make sense because the quota is reset in April anyway. I feel this especially considering HO have been under fire due to migrant doctors not being able to start so they may borrow to get as many in as possible. The NHS has been very topical for the UK government at present and they have been under a lot of criticisms.

My feeling is the the points will be about 35-36 this time around (and back to around normal come April). I’ve seen predictions of <30 which would be brilliant but just from this board there seems to be masses of applications around 45 points which have accumulated from the Dec/Jan refusals which will take a big % and this forum is just a small representation of the overall applications. Unless of course a lot of applications aren’t re-submitted because employers re-recruited after back to back refusals and were able to fill the positions with UK/EU nationals.
